At Elecsynergy, we strive to deliver high-quality electronic components and kits. Due to the sensitive and technical nature of electronic products, we follow a strict no-return policy.


No Return Policy

All products sold on Elecsynergy are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.


Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Products)

In case you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged during transit, or

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA)

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at:

Supporting evidence such as unboxing video and clear images is required for verification.

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement (preferred), or

  • Store credit (if replacement is not available)


Important Notes

  • No claims will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect connections are not eligible

  • Compatibility-related issues are not considered defects


Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not applicable. In rare approved cases, refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
